Concours on Savile Row is suiting up for its third annual event. The free two-day extravaganza will take place on the world’s most stylish street of London on May 22nd and 23rd showcasing bespoke tailoring and luxury cars in a delightfully splashy fashion.

The Row will be dotted with 45-plus cars and motorbikes and meticulously stitched garments that illustrate the impeccable craftsmanship within the respective industries. Geoff Love, UK Managing Director of Event Organiser Hothouse Media, said: “Stunning cars, talks on the central stage, a seminar programme and the doors of some of the best tailors in the world open for all to take a look inside, and all available for no entrance fee.”

Cars & cocktails

At Concours on Savile Row you will see how the two industries can be weaved together through a range of noteworthy collaborations. Henry Poole & Co will host two Mercedes-Benz cars, a 1920 Benz Spyder and an S580 Guard, complemented by talks on the luxury car brand and Savile Row Gin tasting.

Huntsman and Hagerty will present a never-before-seen exhibition from the private collection of Charlie Watt, he late Rolling Stones drummer.

Holland & Sherry partners this year with Austin Pedal Cars to present an exclusive Austin J40 Continuation Holland & Sherry Edition pedal car. Norton & Sons will be showcasing PPE101 (a Jaguar XK120) alongside a racing kit they’ve designed and made for the car’s participation in the Mille Miglia 2024. CALLUM is partnering with Edward Sexton and will host the unveiling and first public appearance of the CALLUM Skye.

Incredible line-up

Also, expect exciting car displays such as Touring Superleggera Arese RH95, 2000bhp Lotus Evija, Everrati Porsche 964, Audi Q8 E-tron and a selection of some of the finest cars from private collections around the world, including a Ferrari 500 TR Spider, MG No. 1, a 2024 Koenigsegg Jesko and a 1961 Ferrari 250GT SWB California Spyder. Motorbikes from Kawasaki, Royal Enfield, Triumph, Zero Motorcycles and BMW Motorrad will be present, including two fully electric bikes, the SRX Concept and CE-02.

Savile Row Spitfire

Perhaps the star of the show, one of only 240 remaining Spitfires displayed at Gieves and Hawkes tailors. It is one of the most iconic British fighter planes, known for its contribution to the Battle of Britain. Moreover, at 80-plus years old, the Spitfire AA810 is the world’s oldest unarmed military reconnaissance aircraft.

The AA810 is also the only surviving aircraft linked to any of those involved in the infamous ‘Great Escape’, commemorating the 80th anniversary this year. The mass escape of 76 Allied airmen from a Nazi POW camp in March 1944 remains one of history’s most famous prison breaks. The guests of Concours on Savile Row will see the plane along with a replica of the Merlin engine that will go into the restored plane.

Seminars and talks

The event will also feature various seminars to explore the future of motoring. Held at the Royal Academy of Arts a panel of experts will discuss short-term versus long-term solutions to our current fuel problems, lifetime carbon impact and classic car conversions etc.

Whether you’re looking to get up-close to the action of the Concours 2024 or to be surrounded by glamour, diamonds and Champagne, the festival on Savile Row has something for all.

Concours on Savile Row 2024 will take place on Savile Row on Wednesday, May 22 and Thursday, May 23 from 10am until 8pm. Admission is free and more information can be found here.
